Pebsteel Vietnam possesses 6 modern manufacturing factories located in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province which are all equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology, including fully automated, submerged arc welding lines from Lincoln, USA. Interestingly, each factory is built and designed for its own usage: one facility can maximize the unobstructed flow of materials with 8 loading and unloading bays; another is equipped with 8 roll-forming machines to produce different shapes and sizes to suit a wide range of applications and satisfy various requirements from clients; one can produce mix pre-engineered building structures as well as heavy structures, to name a few.
With these modern fabrication facilities, the total capacity of the company has been boosted to 120,000 metric tons of completed pre-engineered steel annually. This ultra-high capacity enables Pebsteel Vietnam to construct its buildings and deliver the outcome to clients in a very short time.
