This is the tallest shipyard in the Philippines (as of 2018) with a height of 33.5m that is designed, fabricated, and installed by Pebsteel. The best material for purlins and girts is chosen to maximize the building durability in a harsh corrosive environment: Silver180®

In addition, the Clear Span rigid frame of this shipyard is also covered by polyurethane protective coating for greater corrosion resistance, while optimizing the budget for the investor compared to hot-dip galvanized steel.
